About the Extranet
An extranet is a private network that uses the Internet to securely share part of a business's information or operations with clients, suppliers, partners, customers, or other businesses. An extranet can be viewed as part of a company's intranet that is extended to users outside the company.
At Macdonald Rudder, we use Lotus Domino to power our extranet and help you do business more easily with us and with your own clients. We can provide secure extranet sites tailored to your needs, giving you secure access to your files with us.
Whether you are managing deals or projects in Western Australia or elsewhere, our Extranet can give you access to documents, progress reports, updates and billing information, wherever you are.
If you are disposing of an asset, we can host your data rooms online so that prospective purchasers can inspect your documentation via a secure and encrypted system.
If you are interested in talking to us about how we might set up an extranet for you, please speak to your usual contact at Macdonald Rudder.
Guest database
If you want an example of what our extranet can offer, you can log on to a guest (test) database. Your name is "Guest Client". Your passord is "guest". The password is case sentitive.
