User Profile

The User Profile document is a Notes profile document in the System Database. It is the Control Centre of Legal Notes.

Administration Path
Legal Notes requires certain files and directories to be set for its use as system requirements.

Readers Group
The Readers Group must contain a Group Name that contains the names of all persons who are permitted to read documents by default. This field is the default value foraccessed by all documents created in Legal Notes when it is created. The value of this field is set as the default value for the ReadAccess field in all documents.

The ReadAccess field is a readers field. If the user is not a member of the Group specified in Readers Group, they will not be able to see (and therefore read) any document. It is essential therefore that the correct name be specified.
