Table of contents; TOC - Restricting read access to a given document
The next level of security limits a user's right to view a particular document.
The right to restrict read access to a given document is limited to members of a system group that is identified in the User Profile.
Members of this group can limit read access on a document by document basis. The main reason for this option is to prevent client access to a sensitive file note or similar document, or to limit staff access to a highly confidential document. The option can also be used to give a client access to in progress documents.
Read access set in this way takes priority over all other forms of read access secuity.
