LEGAL PROFESSION (NON-CONTENTIOUS BUSINESS) DETERMINATION 2023
This determination applies to the maximum remuneration of practitioners in respect of any work carried out by a practitioner not being of a contentious nature and which is not governed by any other determination of the Legal Costs Committee under section 275 of the Legal Profession Act 2008.
