High Court fees
A party may be exempt from payment of fees under Regulation 9 High Court of Australia (Fees) Regulations 2004 (eg Legal Aid recipient, the holder of a concession card; an inmate of a prison; a child; a person in receipt of youth allowance, Austudy payment or Abstudy benefits, Native Title Act assistance recipient).
